Marrakech, known as the "Pearl of the South", is a city in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains in southwest Morocco. Marrakech has the distinction of having the clearest skies and air in Morocco. Marrakech was founded in 1062 by Youssef bin Tashfin, the first ruler of the Almoravid dynasty, 63 km from "Mount Toubkal", the highlight of the Atlas and North Africa. From the sky, you can see this picturesque city and the high villages of the region.
The program is as follows :
1. Pick-up : A 4x4 will pick you up at your residence and take you to the take-off point 20 km from Marrakech, where our staff will warmly welcome you and serve you delicious Moroccan tea, coffee and pastries.
2. Preparation : After getting acquainted with the captain and his team, you will take part in the preparation of the balloon, a magical and impressive show.
3. Briefing : Before boarding, you will have a security briefing, then you will spend an hour between the treetops and the clouds, enjoying a 360° panoramic view. Take-off will be from a platform approved by the Civil Aviation Authority.
4. Landing : This special moment in contact with nature will be an unforgettable memory.
5. After the flight : After the distribution of the flight certificate, you will have a pleasant moment in the Kaidal tent, with a Berber breakfast.
6. Flight certificate : The distribution of the flight certificate will take place in a nice little ceremony and atmosphere, where the pilot calls the guests one by one to receive their certificate.
7. Return transfer : If you would like to dope somewhere other than the hotel, our driver will take you to your hotel or any other place in Marrakech.

If your journey is cancelled because of exceptional circumstances such as : strikes/cancellation of your flight (on proof), pandemic,... Your journey will be postponed and you will benefit from an asset in the time of 6 months
Alternative Desert Morocco Cancellation :
If alternative desert morocco cancels your stay due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund without compensation.
Force Majeure : In case of exceptional events like strikes, flight cancellations (with proof), or pandemics, your stay will be postponed for 6 months.
