Your day in Essaouira

Begin with pickup in Marrakech and travel towards the Atlantic coast. The programme includes an opportunity to learn about argan products; agree the stop and its place in the schedule with your driver.

In Essaouira, explore the port area and medina with the local English-speaking guide. The town’s craft streets offer woodwork, textiles and other local products. Agree the guided visit’s meeting point and duration so you know how much time remains for independent exploration.

Use your free time to walk along the beach promenade, browse the medina or have lunch at your own expense. Return to the agreed meeting point for the drive back to Marrakech. This is a coastal sightseeing excursion; water sports and other beach activities are not included in the programme.

Booking and Payment

A deposit of 40% of the total tour price is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 60% balance must be paid no later than 15 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your trip for any reason, please inform Alternative Desert Morocco as soon as possible.

More than 30 days before departure:	The 40% deposit is retained, and a €15 administration fee applies. Alternatively, you may postpone your trip free of charge for up to one year.
30 to 15 days before departure:	50% of the deposit paid is retained.
Less than 15 days before departure:	The entire deposit paid is retained.

If the trip is postponed, the deposit will be held and applied towards the rescheduled stay for up to one year.

If alternative desert morocco cancels your stay due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund without compensation.
