DAY 1: Marrakech - Tinghir

Departure from Marrakech, to Ouarzazate via the Tizi N Tichka Pass in the High Atlas (2260 metres above sea level). Stop in Ouarzazate, then a visit to the kasbah of Taourirte, the emblem of Ouarzazate. Direction Tinghir via the valley of the Dadès. Dinner and night in Tinghir in a guesthouse.

DAY 2: Tinghir - Merzouga:

Breakfast, then a short walk in the valley of Tinghir and the gorges of the Todra. Then the road for the desert of Merzouga. Impressive dunes await you. A camel ride to enjoy a sunset in the dunes of the Chebbi erg. Dinner and night in the desert, evening with entertainment around a fire under the stars. Night in private tent.

DAY 3: Merzouga - Agdz:

Breakfast at the Camp, then road to Agdz, via Nkob and Tazzarine. You pass through the superb Valley of the Draa. Dinner and night in a hotel ideally situated in the heart of the palm grove where you can go for a short walk to see what life is like in the palm grove. Dinner and night in hotel/guesthouse.

DAY 4: Agdz-Zagora - Chegaga:

After breakfast, we leave for the town of Zagora and we will stop at Tamegroute, where we will visit the potteries and the ancient Koranic library. Then we set off for an adventure in the desert. We will cross the different aspects of the desert: the stony hamada, the small dunes and scrubby vegetation before reaching the high dunes of fine sand of the Chegaga erg, and the high, wild and spectacular dunes. Camel ride at sunset. Evening and dinner in the nomad tent, with entertainment around the campfire, under a star-studded sky to the rhythm of percussions. Night in a private tent.

DAY 5: Chegaga - Ouarzazate

Breakfast then departure for the piste between the Chegaga erg and the dried-up bed of the Drâa via Lake Iriqui, (a vast area of packed sand). The scenery is wild and desertic. It is an old piste on the Paris Dakar route. Then via Foum Zguid where we will join the road to Taznakht. We continue on this road until the oasis of Fint. Dinner and night in hotel/guest house in Ouarzazate.

DAY 6: Ouarzazate - Marrakech:

Departure in the morning to go and visit the kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO world heritage site. Road towards Marrakech, via the Telouet piste, crossing the Tizi N Tichka Pass. Stop for lunch. Visit of the kasbah of the Glaoui. Return to Marrakech at the end of the day to your hotel. This tour lets you discover the south of Morocco and the Sahara desert.
