Seven-Day Marrakech, Atlas, Agafay and Coast Sequence
For the complete programme and booking details, see the 7 Days Tour From Marrakech To Discovery Tour Marrakech Desert, Atlas And Essaouira offer.
City first, mountains next
The published schedule uses Marrakech as a base on Days 1 and 2. On Day 3 it moves through Ourika Valley and the Setti Fatma waterfall area, then Asni, the Kik Plateau and mountain villages toward Agafay. If the waterfall walk is important, allow for the stated 1–1½ hours on foot and ask about the local guide and terrain.
A single Agafay camp night
Day 3 ends in an Agafay tent, and Day 4 begins with a sunrise camel ride before the driver collects you around 11:00 a.m. for the return to a Marrakech riad. The itinerary calls Agafay a stony desert with no dunes. It should not be confused with a journey to the Sahara dune camps.
Coast with an overnight
Day 5 leaves Marrakech for Essaouira at 10:00 a.m., with a free afternoon and night in a riad. Day 6 remains in Essaouira for a free morning; a Diabat horseback outing may be organised separately, then the driver returns to Marrakech after 2:00 p.m. The Day 7 airport transfer starts from Marrakech.
Avoid a rushed comparison
This offer is a mix of city visits, a mountain day, an Agafay experience and a coastal stay, with returns to Marrakech between segments. Check the planned flight transfer, optional horseback ride and included monument admissions before comparing it with longer Sahara tours or Essaouira day trips.
