Booking and Payment
A deposit of 40% of the total tour price is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 60% balance must be paid no later than 15 days before departure.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your trip for any reason, please inform Alternative Desert Morocco as soon as possible.

The 40% deposit is retained, and a €15 administration fee applies. Alternatively, you may postpone your trip free of charge for up to one year. |

50% of the deposit paid is retained. |
| Less than 15 days before departure: |
The entire deposit paid is retained. |
If the trip is postponed, the deposit will be held and applied towards the rescheduled stay for up to one year.
