Packing for an Eighteen-Day Morocco Circuit
See the complete published tour and booking details for this journey.
Cover cities, mountains, dunes and sea
The tour spans Casablanca and the Atlantic, Chefchaouen and Fes, Middle and High Atlas roads, Merzouga and Essaouira. Pack comfortable city-walking shoes, a second suitable option for gorges or uneven paths, sun protection and layers for changing temperatures. A light wind layer can serve on the coast.
Keep desert essentials separate
Day 8 reaches an Erg Chebbi luxury camp by camel, and Day 9 remains in the Merzouga area before another overnight at a hotel or camp. Set aside medication, toiletries, a warm layer and charging equipment in an easy-to-carry bag. Confirm where you will sleep on both nights and how luggage moves between them.
Use the free days deliberately
Chefchaouen Day 4, Fes Day 7, Marrakech Day 13, Essaouira Day 15 and Casablanca Day 17 allow optional outings or rest. Pack for the optional hikes, cooking experience or coastal activities only if you plan to book them. Ask the operator for availability and separate charges.
Plan payments and the last transfer
The page separates lunches and personal drinks from the general tour description; confirm the detailed inclusions in your quote. Keep cash or a payment method accessible for smaller stops and admissions. Day 18 ends at Casablanca Airport, so keep travel documents handy after the final free day.
