Ourika and Three Valleys: Full Circuit or Shorter Visit?
The published excursion is a wide Atlas circuit via Lake Lalla Takerkoust, Moulay Brahim, the Kik Plateau and Asni before Ourika and Setti Fatma. If you chiefly want time in Ourika, request a shorter version and compare the actual stops and price.

Pick the full circuit for variety
The wider route mixes lake, plateau, villages and valley scenery and includes several stops. The published offer includes an air-conditioned minibus, Marrakech pickup and drop-off, a local guide and one-hour walking tour, a Berber-house visit and a women’s argan-cooperative visit. Confirm the driver-guide language when booking.
Choose walking to suit the group
A one-hour walking tour is included. A waterfall hike in the Setti Fatma area is optional and requires a separate conversation about terrain, effort, duration and any supplement. The offer does not promise all seven waterfalls. Travellers can enjoy the valley without taking the extended hike; tell the guide about children or mobility needs before departure.
Keep meals and time distinct
Lunch by the river and personal drinks are separate from the included programme. A full circuit leaves less free time at each stop than a direct Ourika visit. Ask which places would be skipped in a shorter version, and confirm the pickup and return estimate in writing.
Before you book
- Published return is around 19:00; the precise morning pickup is confirmed for your accommodation.
- If your main interest is a waterfall walk, request the walking plan before booking.
- Compare the separate Agafay circuit if rocky desert scenery is a priority.
